HKBN (HKG:1310) said its chairman, Bradley Jay Horwitz, will retire from office and will not seek re-election at the annual general meeting, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Due to Horwitz's retirement, Cordelia Chung will be the next chairman of the board, effective at the conclusion of the AGM. However, her appointment is still subject to her re-election at the meeting as Chung is retiring and will seek re-election.
