Courage Investment Group (SGX:CIN, HKG:1145) said Sue Ka Lok has resigned as its authorized representative, executive director and chairman of the board to devote more time to other business engagements, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Lee Chun Yeung, the company's CEO, will perform the duties of the company's authorized representative.

The changes are effective Nov. 22, the filing added.
