Centurion Corp. is likely to benefit from accommodation demand for workers in Malaysia, with eight worker dormitories in the country, CGS International analysts write in a research report. The Singapore-listed accommodation provider is also a "clear beneficiary" of the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone as 66% of its worker dormitories are located in Johor, they say. The worker accommodation sector remains significantly underserved, CGS International analysts note, adding that demand for quality purpose-built worker accommodations is expected to remain robust. From January to September, Centurion Corp.'s Malaysia business contributed for around 8% of its total revenue, they add. (amanda.lee@wsj.com)
