BrilliA (BRIA) said late Tuesday it has priced an initial public offering of 2.5 million class A ordinary shares at $4.00 per share for gross proceeds of about $10 million.

The apparel design company has also granted underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to 375,000 additional shares.

The shares are expected to begin trading this Wednesday on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "BRIA" and the offering is expected to close Friday.
