City Developments (SGX:C09) sold 321 units during the third quarter of the year for a total sales value of SG$611.1 million, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
Sales were driven by the launch of a 276-unit freehold in Kassia, located at Upper Changi Road North, where the developer sold 65% of its units.
The 638-unit JV project at Katong sold 91% of the units while The Myst at Upper Bukit Timah Road sold 73% of its total units.
The group is expected to launch another JV project, The Orie, in the first quarter of 2025 which will offer 777 units.
Shares of the property developer were up nearly 2% in recent trading.
