Tianjin Pharmaceutical Da Ren Tang Group (SGX:T14) appointed Wang Lei as chairman of the board, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
Wang has been with the company since 1993 and has held key roles including general manager and executive director. She holds a doctorate in engineering and is a senior engineer.
Wang succeeded Zhang Mingrui, who resigned from the post, effective Nov. 25, due to a change in work assignments, according to a separate filing on the same day.
