KOP Limited Subsidiary Adopts New Name; Discloses Share Transfers within Group

KOP Limited (SGX:5I1) said the name of an indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Dalvey Breeze, was changed to KOP Properties Holdings, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, wholly owned subsidiary, Montigo Hospitality, transferred its 100% stake in KOP Properties to KOP Limited and in KOP Management Services to KOP Properties, the filing said.

The share transfer was carried out to streamline the group's operations and to offer greater administrative efficiency.
