Vitasoy International Holdings (HKG:0345) reported a profit attributable to equity shareholders of HK$170.5 million for the six months ended Sept. 30, 5% up compared with HK$162.9 million in the previous year, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Earnings per share were HK$0.159, compared with HK$0.152 a year ago.

Revenue for the period rose 2% to HK$3.44 billion from HK$3.39 billion in the prior year.

The company declared an interim dividend HK$0.04 per share, payable on Dec. 24.

The food and beverage manufacturer's shares were down by 1% in recent trading.
