China Gas Holdings (HKG:0384) recorded a profit attributable to owners of HK$1.76 billion for the six months ended Sept. 30, 3.8% lower than HK$1.83 billion logged for the corresponding period last year, a Friday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.
Earnings per share stood at HK$0.3271 for the reporting period, compared with HK$0.34 recorded for the year-ago period.
The natural gas company's revenue for the six months under review was HK$35.1 billion, 2.6% lower than HK$36.0 billion booked a year ago.
The board recommended an interim dividend of HK$0.15 per share for the reporting period, the same as last year.
