Jeffs' Brands (JFBR) said Friday that Wellution, a wellness brand under its 49%-owned subsidiary SciSparc Nutraceuticals, received trademark registration for its non-medicated skincare and hair care products.
The company said the trademark provides intellectual property protection for Wellution's offerings in Class 3 goods.
Wellution sells a range of hemp-based beauty and wellness products, including top-ranked items on Amazon, all manufactured in the US.
Shares of the company rose more than 12% in premarket trading activity.
