Maanshan Iron & Steel (HKG:0323, SHA:600808) agreed to renew its sale and purchase of products agreement, provision and acceptance of services agreement, and financial services agreement with China Baowu Steel Group for another three years, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Under the renewed deals, Maanshan Iron and China Baowu Steel Group will continue to sell and purchase steel products and services between each other from 2025 to 2027.
China Baowu Steel Group will also provide financial services to the group for the next three years.
