Yuexiu Property (HKG:0123), through its subsidiary Guangzhou Yuehai Real Estate Development, won the bid for a land parcel in Haizhu District, Guangzhou for 1.90 billion yuan by way of open tender, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The said land parcel has a total site area of 20,851 square meters, a total planned gross floor area of 88,790 square meters, and an accountable gross floor area of 59,035 square meters.
The land parcel is for Class II residential use and the to-be-constructed properties are intended for sale.
