Tsaker New Energy Tech's (HKG:1986) subsidiary Tsaker Hong Kong raised 40 million yuan from the disposal of 2,389,432 shares of, representing 3.76% equity interest in, Tsaker Technology to Changzhou Xinjin Ruiying Venture Capital, Xingaodi Capital and Zhongtai Securities, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The company still holds 67.99% interest in the target company after the completion of disposal. The company plans to use the proceeds from the disposal for its general working capital.
