First Tractor (HKG:0038, SHA:601038) said as of Friday, Nov. 29, no interested party was procured for the transfer of 0.8827% interest in Zhongyuan Bank by its controlled subsidiary YTO (Luoyang) Diesel Engine, a same-day filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
YTO (Luoyang) Diesel Engine started a formal public listing for the transfer of the target equity on the Beijing Equity Exchange on Dec. 28, 2023
