China Kepei Education (HKG:1890) posted a profit attributable to owners of the parent of 827.8 million yuan for the year ended Aug. 31, up 11.4% from 743.3 million yuan a year ago, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Earnings per share were 0.4114 yuan, compared with 0.3694 yuan from the year-ago period.
The company's revenue was 1.69 billion yuan, an 11.6% increase compared with the previous year's 1.52 billion yuan.
The board recommended the payment of a final dividend of HK$0.06 per share.
The company's shares were up over 1% in the recent trading.
