Marble City India (BOM:531281) has agreed to sell its tiles segment business carried under the global brands Neolith and Levantina Techlam to Mega Surfaces and Lifestyle for 95 million Indian rupees, according to a BSE filing on Monday.
The transaction is expected to be completed in six months.
Mega Surfaces manufactures and sells tiles, sanitaryware and fittings, kitchenware and fittings, among others.
