ValueMax Group (SGX:T6I) increased the number of shares of the company to 868,213,885 through allotment and issuance of 32,726 shares, pursuant to a warrants exercise at SG$0.36 per warrant, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
The new shares will be listed and quoted on Dec. 3.
