Maanshan Iron & Steel's (HKG:0323, SHA:600808) controlling shareholder Magang (Group) has increased its total shareholding in the company by 68,927,534, or 0.89%, A shares for 150.1 million yuan, a Tuesday bourse filing said.
Following completion of the shareholding boost, Magang Group holds 3,733,677,149 A shares in the Chinese steel company, representing 48.196% of its total share capital.
