BYD's (HKG:1211, SHE:002594) production increased to 540,588 in November from 316,510 in the year-ago period, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
Sales volume surged to 506,804 during the month from 301,903 in the year-ago period.
Shares jumped 3% in Hong Kong during Monday's midday trading.
