CapAllianz Holdings Limited suspended its technical service agreement with Shenzhen Shoutou Industrial, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The suspension follows Shenzhen Shoutou Industrial's failure to meet payment terms despite multiple reminders.
The company's subsidiary, Future AI Tech, will suspend the provision of artificial intelligence services as per the agreement entered into on May 26. Future AI retains the right to resume services once Shenzhen Shoutou Industrial fulfills its payment obligations.
