Dasin Retail Trust Receives SG$16.8 Million Demand Notices from Creditors

Dasin Retail Trust (SGX:CEDU) has received letters of demand from Aqua Wealth Holdings and Bounty Way Investments for a combined sum of roughly SG$16.8 million, according to a Sunday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The trustee-manager, Dasin Retail Trust Management, disclosed that Aqua Wealth, indirectly owned by the Zhang family trust, is seeking repayment of SG$9.3 million for loans issued in June and September 2022.

Bounty Way is demanding SG$7.4 million for loans provided in May and December 2022. Both creditors claim full repayment is due within 14 days.

The board of Dasin Retail Trust Management is reviewing legal options.
