Wintime Energy (SHA:600157) received a three-year syndicated working capital loan of 500 million yuan from two banks, according to a Shanghai Stock Exchange disclosure on Wednesday.
The loan was provided by Jinshang Bank (HKG:2558) and Shanxi Bank as part of an agreement with the power company, the disclosure said.
Wintime's shares rose more than 1% in recent trade.
