Sichuan Expressway's (HKG:0107) subsidiary Zhonglu Energy renewed its refined oil framework agreement with PetroChina Sichuan Sales Branch.

Under the renewed agreement, Zhonglu Energy will continue to purchase refined oil from and accept refined oil carriage service provided by PetroChina Sichuan Sales Branch for the next full year, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The parties have set 1.49 billion yuan as the annual cap for the transactions under the renewed agreement.
