Ellipsiz (SGX:BIX) will complete the disposal of its 51% stake in Axis-Tec to Yanmade Electronic for SG$2.9 million on Dec. 6 instead of Dec. 5, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Thursday.

The company had entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Yanmade Electronic for the disposal earlier this month, according to a previous filing.
