AudioEye (AEYE) late Wednesday announced the launch of an underwritten secondary offering of its common stock, with shares to be sold by certain selling stockholders.
The selling stockholders expect to grant a 30-day overallotment option to the underwriters to purchase additional shares.
The company's shares were down 12.3% in after-hours activity.
