Katrina (SGX:1A0) has issued 20,000 new shares following the exercise of warrants at SG$0.02 each, raising its total issued shares to 238,962,008, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The shares will be listed on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange on Dec. 6, with trading starting at 9 a.m. That leaves 226 million warrants outstanding.
