Graphjet Technology (GTI) Thursday morning said Liu Yu will become its new chief operating officer in addition to continuing as chief scientific officer for the maker of graphene and artificial graphite products.
In addition to chief scientific officer, Yu has been the head of research at Graphjet since its 2019 launch. In his new role, he will oversee production operations, business development and customer support at Graphjet as well as guiding its technological initiatives.
Graphjet shares recently were down more than 3% in US morning trade.
