XtalPi Holdings (HKG:2228) changed its English name from QuantumPharm Inc. to XtalPi Holdings Limited with effect from Nov. 8, and its English stock short code to XTALPI-P from QUANTUMPH-P with effect from Dec. 10, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands issued the certificate of incorporation on change of name on Nov. 12, while the Companies Registry in Hong Kong issued the certificate of registration of alteration of the name of a registered non-Hong Kong company on Monday.
