Shiyue Daotian Group (HKG:9676) obtained approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission for the conversion of a total of 165,518,980 domestic unlisted shares held by five shareholders to H shares, a Friday bourse filing said.
The company is yet to finalize details of the H share full circulation implementation, conversion, and listing.
The pantry staple food company will apply to the Hong Kong bourse for the listing of the shares once the conversion has taken place.
