Poly Property Group (HKG:0119) contracted sales stood at around 3.3 billion yuan in November, with the contracted area sold coming in at 106,000 square meters, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The average selling price for the month was approximately 30,946 yuan per square meter.
From January to November, contracted sales and contracted area sold reached 52.1 billion yuan and 2.0 million square meters, respectively. The average selling price for the 11 months was 25,534 yuan per square meter.
