ROCKVILLE, Md. (AP) — ROCKVILLE, Md. (AP) — Argan Inc. (AGX) on Thursday reported fiscal third-quarter net income of $28 million.
The Rockville, Maryland-based company said it had profit of $2 per share.
The builder of energy plants posted revenue of $257 million in the period.
Argan shares have more than tripled since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $148.82, more than tripling in the last 12 months.
