Brown & Brown (BRO) said Tuesday its Bridge Specialty unit has purchased American Risk Management Resources Network's assets.
American Risk Management Resources Network will keep providing specialty wholesale environmental insurance brokerage services from Madison, Wisconsin, under the leadership of Kari Kohal and David Dybdahl, who will report to Bridge Specialty's Chief Underwriting Officer Walter Grote, the company said.
Financial details were not disclosed.
