Skillsoft Corp (SKIL) reported a fiscal Q3 adjusted net loss of $1.82 a share, compared with the loss of $2.82 a year earlier.

For the full year, the company raised its revenue forecast to between $520 million to $530 million compared with the previous outlook of $510 million to $525 million. Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $517.1 million.
