Far East Group (SGX:5TJ) completed the proposal of a freehold property located at Bandar George Town, Malaysia, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.

In an earlier filing, the refrigeration and cooling services company disclosed that it had entered into a sale and purchase with Oxford Capital to sell the property for an aggregate sale consideration of 2.4 million ringgit.

Shares of the company plunged over 14% in recent trade.
