KWG Group (HKG:1813) recorded pre-sales of the group along with its associates and joint ventures of 650 million yuan for November, 48% lower year-on-year, a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.
The corresponding pre-sales area came in at 32,900 square meters for the reporting period, indicating a 52.6% decrease year-on-year.
