Keppel Infrastructure Trust (SGX:A7RU), through its trustee-manager, Keppel Infrastructure Fund Management, said that any and all rights and interests of the trustee-manager arising or derived from the Marina East Desalination Plant, are subject to the rights, powers, discretions and remedies of PUB.
According to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday, the trustee manager clarified the water purchase agreement in relation to the trust's 50% acquisition of Marina East Water (MEW), which will entitle the trust to the entire economic benefit of MEW, which owns Keppel Marina East Desalination Plant.
In an earlier filing, the trust confirmed that it will acquire a 50% stake in MEW during the first quarter of 2025, taking its assets under management to around SG$9 billion.
