Fortis said Monday it will renew its at-the-market equity program for potential stock sales of up to $500 million Canadian dollars ($353 million).
The ATM program will be effective until January 10, 2027, but could be removed prior, the electric and gas utility company said.
The volume and timing of distributions under the program will be determined at the company's discretion. Prices may vary among purchasers during the period of the distribution.
