Shanghai MicroPort MedBot (Group) (HKG:2252) completed the placement of 34.7 million shares at HK$7.85 per H share to at least six investors, allowing it to raise about HK$266.3 million in net proceeds, according to a Tuesday disclosure with the Hong Kong Exchange.
The placed shares represent 3.45% of the enlarged issued share capital of the company.
The company plans to use 70% of the net proceeds for development of the group's core business and the remaining 30% for general working and corporate purposes.
