Lendlease Global Commercial REIT (SGX:JYEU) secured loans worth up to SG$760.0 million yuan to refinance its existing financial debts, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
The trust entered into facility agreements for senior unsecured sustainability linked term and revolving credit facilities of up to SG$420.0 million, an accordion facility of up to SG$200.0 million, and a facility agreement for the loan facilities of up to SG$140.0 million.
