China Resources Beer (HKG:0291) will obtain property management and commercial operation services from China Resources Mixc Lifestyle Services for three years, a Thursday bourse filing said.
The contract is valid starting Jan. 1, 2025, and ending Dec. 31, 2027.
China Resources Mixc Lifestyle Services is a unit of China Resources (Holdings), which is the indirect controlling shareholder of China Resources Beer.
