Aspen (Group) Holdings (SGX:1F3) said the unconditional date for its joint venture with Kerjaya Property JV has been further extended to Feb. 6, 2025, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
The agreement between Aspen Vision City, an indirect subsidiary of Aspen, and Kerjaya Property allows additional time to meet conditions precedent. All other terms of the joint venture remain unchanged.
