Dayforce (DAY) said Monday that its platform, Dayforce Wallet, has delivered more than $5 billion in on-demand pay, early direct deposit, and paycard to employees.
The company said it is enhancing its on-demand pay service by adding direct-to-bank capabilities, allowing employees to send their pay directly to any personal bank account anytime during the pay cycle, offering more control and convenience over their finances.
The new features, which are set to be available to eligible US employees in Q1, will also allow them to view their available pay balances via the Dayforce mobile app, the company added.
