Anhui Expressway's (HKG:0995, SHA:600012) subsidiaries agreed to engage Anhui Transportation Construction Engineering Group for construction works on their respective projects, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Xuanguang Expressway agreed will engage Anhui Transportation Construction Engineering Group for the provision of construction services toll station parks housing renovation and upgrading project. The period and fees of the contract are set at one month and 1.1 million yuan respectively.

Anhui Guangxuan Expressway will engage Anhui Transportation Construction Engineering Group for construction services related to the integration of cultural and travel functions in the Honglin service area of the Guanxuan section and the partial upgrading of 7 expressway toll stations' dormitory buildings.

The period and the fees for the contract are set at four months and 15.8 million yuan, respectively.
