Privasia Technology (KLSE:PRIVA) unit Privabytes signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with MARA Incorporated, and FELCRA to develop, build and operate a data center in Perak, Malaysia.

The project will involve multiple phases, including site selection, design and planning, construction, infrastructure and ICT deployment, and operational management, according to a Wednesday Malaysian bourse filing.

The companies plan to sign definitive deals within six months from the execution of the MOA, it noted.
