Evolution Mining (ASX:EVN) received regulatory consent to extend its Cowal gold operations in New South Wales to at least 2042, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The New South Wales Department of Planning, Housing, and Infrastructure granted development consent for the continuation of open pit mining with the extension of the E42 pit and the development of three new open pits, with the mining lease extended to 2045, as per the filing.
