Pacific Basin Shipping (HKG:2343) has completed its share buyback program with the repurchase of 138,221,000 shares for around HK$312 million, a Wednesday bourse filing said.
The shares, which were repurchased from the Hong Kong bourse, have been canceled.
As of Wednesday, the maritime transport company has 5,155,953,146 shares in issue.
