Xinyi Glass' (HKG:0868) subsidiaries agreed to extend their supply agreement with Xinyi Automobile Glass (HK), a subsidiary of Xinyi Electric Storage (HKG:8328), for another three years, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Xinyi International and Xinyi Group (Glass) will continue to provide automobile glass products as per the required specifications to Xinyi Electric Storage and its associates from Jan. 1, 2025, to Dec. 31, 2027.
The expected annual caps for the transactions are HK$10.2 million for 2025, HK$11.0 million for 2026, and HK$11.8 million for 2027.
