China Mobile (HKG:0941, SHA:600941), China Unicom (SHA:600050), and China Telecom (HKG:0728, SHA:601728) have started using vertical large-language models, Yicai Global reported Thursday, citing the Global System for Mobile Communications Association.
The three telecommunications giants have used vertical LLMs in flood prediction, artificial intelligence-powered customer service, and urban governance for local governments, the report said.
