Unity Group Holdings International (HKG:1539) granted a total of 166,724,000 share options to multiple eligible participants, a Tuesday bourse filing said.
Of the total, 160.8 million share options are exercisable from Dec. 10, 2025, to Dec. 9, 2027, while the rest are exercisable from Dec. 10, 2026 to Dec. 9, 2027.
Shares of the firm were up over 1% in recent trade.
