Kerry Logistics Network (HKG:0636) is repurchasing certain perpetual convertible securities for HK$744.5 million in cash, subject to shareholder approval, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing by the logistics company said.
In 2023, a total of HK$780 million of convertible securities had been issued to SF Holding (HK), a unit of the company's controlling shareholder SF Holding (HKG:6936, SHE:002352).
